All rates quoted on this website are exclusive of travel expenses and shipping charges and inclusive of VAT
Travel expenses are charged at €0.35 per kilometre
We offer the following payment options: cash, point-of-sale terminal and payment request
Orders for custom-made saddles are subject to a prepayment charge equal to 50% of the total amount
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For cancellations beyond this time window, you will be charged the full consultation fee
Please make sure your horse is clean and dry during the consultation
You must be appropriately attired (riding clothes, jodhpur boots and riding helmet) during the consultation
