- All rates quoted on this website are exclusive of travel expenses and shipping charges and inclusive of VAT
- Travel costs are calculated based on distance and current fuel prices. The rate will be clearly communicated in advance
- We offer the following payment options: cash, point-of-sale terminal and payment request
- Orders for custom-made saddles are subject to a prepayment charge equal to 50% of the total amount
- Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For cancellations beyond this time window, you will be charged the full consultation fee
- Please make sure your horse is clean and dry during the consultation
- You must be appropriately attired (riding clothes, jodhpur boots and riding helmet) during the consultation
- All services and orders are subject to our General Terms and Conditions
